Trama
The Connection is de kennisquiz waarin alles draait om één antwoord: de ultieme connectie. Onder leiding van Matthijs van Nieuwkerk nemen drie bekende Nederlanders – én de kijkers thuis – het in vier rondes tegen elkaar op. De juiste antwoorden van elke ronde staan in verband met elkaar en leiden zo naar één allesomvattend antwoord. Wat is bijvoorbeeld de connectie tussen Alicia Keys, Guggenheim Museum, Yankees en Friends? Of tussen rood, 1 mei, Jan Wolkers en Doorn? Welke speler beschikt niet alleen over brede algemene kennis, maar kan ook alle antwoorden met elkaar verbinden en de ultieme connectie vinden?
