FULL SPOILER-FREE REVIEW @ https://fandomwire.com/nonnas-review/ "Nonnas may not reinvent the genre or surprise with major twists, but what it lacks in originality, it makes up for with a giant heart and emotional sincerity that resonates far beyond the screen. Stephen Chbosky guides the story with palpable sensitivity, while the cast fills it with life, humor, and soul. It’s a heartfelt tribute to family, culture, the women who raised us, and the power of food to bring people together and heal old wounds. A love letter to the roots that shape us and the sharing that brings us closer. A simple dish, crafted with quality ingredients, that leaves a lasting impression." Rating: B+
Unwatchable I see some shadows moving around occasionally... Mostly waves of darkness, not sure what's going on. This is one of those "HDR means make it so noone can see what's going on, no matter how much they fiddle with their TV settings." Supposedly, it's a movie, but a movie is something you watch, last I checked. This one can't be watched, so it's definitionally not a movie. Zero stars.
