줄거리
ยอดนักสืบเคอเฉิน ต้นทศวรรษที่ 20 เกิดสงครามไม่หยุด ประชาชนไม่เป็นสุข เคอเฉินนักสืบมือดีของกรมตำรวจเทียนจินยึดมั่นในความยุติธรรมด้วยประสบการณ์และทักษะพิเศษได้ค้นหาความจริงและคืนความยุติธรรมแก่ประชาขน เพื่อความปลอดภัยของชนชั้นล่าง ในระหว่างการสืบคดีก็ได้พบพยานและความลับสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการระเบิดในปีนั้น คดีเก่าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตายของพ่อแม่ของเขา ทุกประเด็นมุ่งไปสู่ผู้บังคับบัญชาของเขา ท้ายที่สุดแล้วเคอเฉินก็สามารถจับผู้ที่อยู่เบื้องหลังเข้าสู่กระบวนการยุติธรรมได้สำเร็จ ทำให้เขาไล่ตามความยุติธรรมและค้นหาแสงสว่าง
