줄거리
เพราะด้วยภารกิจ สามหนุ่มนักเรียนศิลปะการต่อสู้อย่าง “ซินเสี่ยวจิง” ผู้ที่เชี่ยวชาญสามารถต่อสู้ได้อย่างยาวนาน “เฉิงถัง” เด็กหนุ่มที่มีปัญญาเป็นเลิศ “ไป๋ต้าชิ่ง” ผู้ที่หลงรักในกีฬาฟรีรันนิ่ง ด้วยความสามารถพิเศษของพวกเขา จึงเป็นที่โปรดปรานของหัวหน้าจางหลานและได้รับเลือกให้เข้าร่วมกับกองกำลังตำรวจ ทั้งสามแทรกซึมเข้าไปในรังของอาชญากร เพื่อดำเนินการจับกุมอย่างลับๆ ผู้ร้ายโต้กลับอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง ซินเสี่ยวจิงและสมาชิกในทีมคนอื่นๆ อดทนต่อการทดสอบทั้งภายนอกและภายในต่างๆ จนกลายเป็นสมาชิกหน่วยสวาตที่ยอดเยี่ยม
