It was a surprise to see a black and white short. I loved this, and I would love even more if they did a noir about it. Congrats!
a very intimate film about the end of a relationship. its real, its sad and the black and white choice is great.
Avenca is a quietly powerful short film that lingers long after it ends. With a delicate and intimate approach, the film explores identity, desire, and emotional vulnerability through a deeply human lens. The performances are natural and unforced, drawing the audience into a space that feels both personal and universal. The result is a poetic and sincere piece that resonates with honesty and quiet intensity.
a quite interesting film about a broken relationship, it was very well shot and I believe it was choice to shoot it in black and white. The performances are good and it delievered very well the ending of something that once was.
A delicate and intimate short film shaped by the director's sensitive gaze. The use of space and silence is beautifully crafted, letting emotions breathe between pauses. Both actresses deliver nuanced performances, carrying the weight of a love that no longer fits with grace. Deeply poetic, with a quiet intensity that lingers. A subtle yet powerful exploration of distance, memory, and emotional rupture.
