Synopsis
Productie gebaseerd op het Canadese format 'Un gars, une fille' en sterk geïnspireerd door de meest succesvolle Amerikaanse sitcoms van de jaren 90/begin 2000 maar ook door onze lokale traditie (vooral één titel: Casa Vianello), is Love Bugs een komedie van fouten die een ogenschijnlijk gewoon samenwonend stel in klassieke confrontatiesituaties brengen die eindeloze reeksen grappen genereren. De sterke regiekeuze is om het koppel steeds centraal te stellen in het verhaal, ook op visueel vlak: de bijrollen zijn veelal voice-overs die ervoor zorgen dat alle aandacht op de twee absolute hoofdrolspelers terechtkomt.
