This episode is the ninth of Victory's many clip shows, and the third of six released directly to home video. Combining clips from "Crisis! Ambush in the Desert", "Tanker Hijack Operation", "Unite!! Multiforce" and "Battle Up of Wrath!!", the episode showcases some of the times that the Decepticons threatened human power plants, facilities and cities in their quest for energy.
