Outerscope II – Into the River! Bob and Robin fail to dump Outerscope II in the East River. Julian greets Eleanor, Willie and Henry as they launch Outerscope II toward midtown Manhattan. As they near the Hudson River shoreline, they lose one of the umbrellas, and pummet toward one of the rooftops.
