Project Arc Weld: Hybrid Tracking

Handlung

Did the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) stumble upon hybrids while collaborating with psychics to predict the future? How many of these hybrids infiltrated the intelligence community? Retired counterintelligence agent Richard Doty exposes Project Arc Weld, a 1970s covert operation where clairvoyants were hired to forecast future events. He shares that during the screening of these gifted individuals, the government discovered many of them were hybrids. Doty provides intricate insights into their enhanced psychic capabilities, unique physical attributes, and genetically modified composition. He goes on to explain that upon identifying these markers, the DIA initiated a program to monitor the hybrids, ultimately discovering that 25% of their workforce was non-human. If hybrids embedded themselves within the intelligence community, how many are still there today?
