Saturn & the Council of 7

Synopsis

Can planets hold sentience, and is there tangible evidence of Saturn’s structural manifestations on Earth in the form of events and timelines? Tim, Tactical Advisor, discloses to Emery Smith the link between what humanity calls Christ consciousness and the first life form in this solar system to reach the highest level of frequential harmony, Level 7. Tim believes the maintenance of the Council of 7 is conducted by the Galactic Federation, and Saturn is the meeting point for communications to an Andromedan species on Earth with covert military contacts. Is every mainstream human group who uses an arrow in their logo communicating with the Council of 7, a group of ET beings based around Saturn, with God-level consciousness?
